Промежуточный финансовый результат и фиксация 20% /y
Подошло время, когда нужно фиксировать финансовый результат и подводить промежуточный итог.
Этот путь занял время: накопление, ввод, подбор бумаг, подсчет, вывод. И так далее по кругу.
1) Вывел 20% годовых с брокерского счета с учетом НДФЛ, остатка на реинвестирование и поддержание портфеля. Как и прогнозировал по портфелю, RU – https://imkosarev.ru/deshbordy/proizvoditelnost-i-effektivnost-investirovaniya/ , EN – https://imkosarev.ru/deshbordy/productivity-and-investment-efficiency/ ожидания совпали с реальность.
Это не может не радовать. “Молодец, возьми холодец”
2) Упорный труд по подбору бумаг был оценен #MOEX, так, что повысили рейтинг инвестора в их системе исчисления (811 – Продвинутый инвестор) – https://smart-lab.ru/blog/997636.php
3) Немного топорно, но научился мониторить текущую доходить портфеля. Брокерский (#Финам) вариант мне не подходит. Разняться цифры, не бьется с фактом.

3) A little clumsy, but I learned to monitor the current portfolio income. The brokerage (#Finam) option does not suit me. Differing numbers do not fight the facts.
